Italian Artisanal Desserts, Gelato and Sorbet are the perfect complement to our savory woodfire menu or amazingly refreshing all on their own.  Presented in a biodegradable cup with a spoon of the same, we are proud to provide a smooth, delicious and environmentally conscious dessert for the masses.

Our flavors never fail to please but often change based on what tempts us that week. If you are hosting a private, special event, we will discuss your menu; and hopefully we will be able to bring the options you are craving!

A nod to our Sicilian Roots, this traditional Italian pastry, filled with a sweet creamy ricotta mixture and topped with chocolate chips is a crowd favorite.

Smores Pizza

Sometimes sweet and savory live on the same crust. Our artisan pizza crust topped with marshmallows, chocolate and crumpled graham cracker crumbles is the proof in the kitchen of this delicious Fiamme fact!

Special Requests may be made but cannot be guaranteed. Cross contamination is unavoidable. Please order and eat with this in mind. Gluten Free is never truly gluten free as we cannot clear our oven nor the air around our pizza making stations of the flour dust. We do not use peanuts but occasionally we have other nuts in our ingredients. Dine at your own risk. Gluten Free dough is NOT always available on our trucks. Gelato and Sorbet flavors at events vary. No visit is guaranteed to have any one flavor. We do try to maintain an inventory of the most popular flavors. If you are attending an event where we will be serving, please contact us with requests ahead of the event. We will do our best to provide where and when we can.
