Our Giant Italian Crafted Oven has the ability to host up to 20 pizzas at a time or countless pizza bombs baking away.
Each Pie takes about 2 minutes to cook and then we pull them out, cut them and box them up for you to walk away with and enjoy!
Our boxes? 100% biodegradable. 100% separatable to make plates or trays, AND they make great ground tables for your drinks and food while lounging at a festival or concert! Staying overnight? Having a Campfire? Leave no trace and start your safely contained fire with our woodfire pizza box!
Charcuterie Cones or Cupcakes
Little Personal Charcuteries made atop a flatbread or in a cone, our charcuteries are available for private artist events within our festivals or the occasional special menu request by one of our corporate clients.

This product is not always available during festivals or concerts at our mobile unit as they require special care in making and cannot always be pre-made and stored in sufficient quantity without losing their quality. When charcuteries are available, our other menu options may be simplified or limited.
Bruschetta and Ciabatta
Accompanies by our woodfired ciabatta bread, enjoy our Bruschetta flavors! Traditional Tomato Balsamic, Lemon Honey Ricotta or Artichoke Spinach or Olive Pesto come together as a Tour of Italy or alone for a filling favorite.

These delicious balls of dough, filled with your favorite ingredients are made in trios served with either cheese or red sauce. Available at Festivals and concerts in lieu of pizza or as an appetizer at special or corporate events.
